Annex SL-X is a template for the Addendum which specifies the concrete terms of participation of the specific Scientific Laboratory X in the IPPOG Collaboration. This template is to guide the Scientific Laboratories in drafting their own document, which will be signed by IPPOG and the specific Scientific Laboratory.
