Discussion for the definition of the thermosiphon low temperature test on detector

1 Introduction

2 Presentation of the low temperature test plan

• Run on compressors
• Swap to TS at the same pressure (temperature)
• Reduction of the TS pressure
• Reduction of the BPR pressure (temperature to be defined with you – minimum value could be 1 bar(a) @ BPR -> probably -25°C on detector)
• Run on detector at low temperature for 1-2 hours
• Rise of the BPR pressure
• Rise of the TS pressure
• Swap from TS to compressors
