Workshop topics include: • the status of current high energy neutrino detector projects • the status and perspectives of high energy neutrino, gamma ray, and cosmic ray physics • the status of marine science projects related to deep sea infrastructures • the development of software simulation and data analysis tools (neutrino fluxes, High Energy neutrino interactions, event reconstruction, detector design 2 parameters, acceptances and resolutions…) • detector engineering (optical sensors, detector architecture, mechanics, acoustic positioning, quality assurance…) • deep sea and sea surface infrastructures and engineering (electrical power system, cables and connectors, sea operations and shore installations) • Information technologies (electronics for signal treatment, readout, data transmission protocols, calibration, data acquisition and storage)
