The school does not charge a participation fee. The participant's home institute must still agree to cover travel, local accommodation, and meals expenses (apart from lunches which are provided by the school). A small number of bursaries are available for students in need. Places are limited. PhD students who wish to attend should fill out the registration form and ask their supervisors to send a letter of recommendation based on which we will select students. This letter should be sent directly by email to school@montecarlonet.org in good time before the registration deadline. If a bursary is requested, the letter must explain the financial situation.
