Venue
The inauguration and all the scientific programs of the conference will be held at Ffort Raichak (Raichak-on-Ganges) from 11th to 17th November, 2018. The Ffort Raichak, about 60 km from the proper Kolkata city, is located on the bed of river Hooghly and provides a serene natural beauty.
Accommodation
We sincerely request you to book your accommodation at the earliest possible. November 11 is exclusively reserved for arrival, registration and welcome dinner. The inauguration of the conference will take place at 11:00 am on 12th November, 2018. Therefore you may book your accommodation at Ffort Raichak from 11 November, 2018 onwards. We will also make arrangement for transport on 11th November from Kolkata airport to Ffort Raichak.
Please let us know your arrival and departure schedule, and your preference about room booking. Room booking will be confirmed only after receiving 50% of total room charge for the entire duration of stay. Please note that FFort Raichak has offered very special rate for ARCEBS-18.
Ph. D students from India and SAARC countries are encouraged to avail the option of 'special registration fee' that includes shared accommodation.
Please indicate room type from the first column whenever you are booking accommodation. All rooms are in the same campus, maximum distance from the conference venue: Ganga Kutir and Sunderawasala: 300m, Anaya Kutir: 200 m, The Ffort Suites: 100 m. Ganga Kutir is on the river Hooghly, Sunderawasala and Anaya Kutir are duplex rooms.
