Need to get ready for MDC2. Start production in January complete analysis by July.

 

Issues:

- No working spade

- No Data transfer database

We need a "Plan B", which would be to modify Rucio which would take "6 weeks".

Continuous integration being done at Bristol and this could be extended to the whole project, however it would require effort and resources. Not officially part of the UK DC but needed and it would be a great improvement to have all tagged releases on the cvmfs. See Luke's presentation at:

Luke is at 20% and this would fill all his time. 

- There were issues in MDC 1 with the job memory (up to 10GB!). Luke is looking at the code and we can send jobs that fail to RALPP  big memory queue.

- There was an issue with MDC 1 with validating the output. There is a need for a post processing script. 

- For MDC 2 we need to validate the data produced at NERSC and in the UK. 

Actions:

- Chris will look at the remote access over xrootd. 

- Luke to test code on SL7

- Imperial to test Dirac on SL7 

- Antonin will decide on the "10 plots" to validate data

- We will suggest that the US integrates with the GSI andthat they look at Rucio.

- Henning/Luke will provide update to the document.
