The CLIC damping rings (e+, e-) serve as the particle sources for the CLIC linear collider. The injected bunches do not meet the desired extremely small transverse beam emittances. Therefore, the electron and positron beams must be damped in order to obtain the target ultra-low beam emittances. The damping will be achieved mainly by using superconducting wigglers (high field, low period length). This talk will present the current development status of damping wigglers at CERN.
