Conclusions of the WP4 meeting held on 8 February 2018

Participation: CERN, INFN Frascati, IAT Ankara, IIT Izmir, SINAP, HIP Helsinki, ANSTO, Strathclyde, Uppsala, VDL

1. The task structure and leadership was determined and is summarized below. The next step will be for task leaders to make a short summary (one paragraph) of the main objectives and activities of the task.

2. The next meeting will be held on Thursday 15 March https://indico.cern.ch/event/704401/

Task 1: Layout and optimization of the linac rf system, led by INFN. Subtasks Optimization and Cost Model.

Task 2: Industrialization, led by VDL (to be confirmed).

Task 3: Modulator technology, Uppsala.

Task 4: Power sources for higher-harmonic systems, led by Strathclyde

Task 5: Integration, led by HIP. One of the sub-tasks will be Diagnostics and Control led by ANSTO.
