We discuss a low energy е+е- collider for the production of the not yet observed (mu+mu-) atom (dimuonium). The collider has a large crossing angle for the е+е- beams to produce dimuonium with non-zero momentum; therefore, its decay point is shifted from the beam collision area providing effective suppression of the elastic е+е- scattering background. The experimental constraints define the subsequent collider specifications. We show the layout of the accelerator and its main parameters. The high luminosity in the chosen beam energy range also allows to study pi+- and eta-mesons.
