Participants are expected to stay at the conference venue Hotel “Monte Verità”, or in a hotel close by. Lunches and dinners are included in the conference package. Participants will have to reserve and pay for meals and bedroom directly on the reservation page of the conference venue, the Hotel and Conference Center Monte Verità:

Please note that the number of single rooms at the conference site hotel is limited, therefore if you require a single room, we recommend that you book one well in advance.
If you cannot reserve a room at the conference venue (Hotel and Conference Centre Monte Verità) or should you prefer to arrange your own accommodation outside MV, you still have to book and pay for meals and coffee breaks on the web page of the conference venue.
The congress organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of, the congress. Registration and accommodation fees do not include insurance.
