Student/postdoc Accomodation:
- There are funds available to support two nights in a hotel for students and postdocs who give talks, provided they have roommates. To be eligible to these funds students/postdocs must register, submit a talk abstract, and indicate a preferred roommate by 5:00 pm CDT September 9, 2018. Both roommates must enter each other's name for the request to be honored. If not roommate preference is indicated, the organizers will pair people up.
Once the abstracts are submitted the organizors will make reservations for the students/postdocs at DoubleTree by Hilton.
- Students/postdocs must register, submit a talk abstract, and indicate their roommate preference by 5 pm CDT September 9, 2018, for lodging to be provided. Confirmation will be sent once rooms are reserved.

Faculty Accommodation:
- A limited number of rooms Double Tree by Hilton have been reserved for faculty for the nights of October 12, 2018 and October 13, 2018 at the rate of $99+taxes and fees/night.
- These rooms will be held until September 12, 2018.
- For online reservations our group code is PPL. If you call for reservations indicate that you are with Particle Physics on the Plains.
