WORKSHOP VENUE
The workshop is held at CERN Ideasquare, please walk through the ATLAS entrance from the tram station and continue your way to the building 3179/ Ideasquare.

REGISTRATION & BADGES
Registration takes place on Monday, 25th of June between 13:00 - 14:00 at the CERN Reception building 33, where you will need to print your visitor's badge at the reception's terminal at your disposal.
INTERNET ACCESS
If you do not have a CERN lightweight account and need internet access, please follow this procedure:

To connect to the Wi-Fi network named “CERN-visitor” open a web browser. You will be redirected to the CERN registration portal where you will be guided step-by-step to register your device as a “guest”. As you do not have any CERN account, you will be asked for:

Your personal contact (name, email, etc…)

Visit detail (arrival/departure)

A CERN contact person. This person will receive an email and will have to approve the network connection for your device. Once this is done, your device will have full access to the CERN campus network and to the Internet. Please add Sabrina El Yacoubi as CERN contact person for this event.
