Please fill in the registration form with your exact arrival and departure dates so we can book the appropriate number of hotel rooms. The agreement we have with the hotel means that we can not change reservations significantly after the 17th of August.
We are able to support accommodation and meals for up to 20 participants. We will prioritize those that expressed their interest through the original doodle for GAMBIT IX (https://doodle.com/poll/vqmb49caw6mpqen3), among the other member of the GAMBIT Community we will prioritize those that register first.
If you wish to participate on your own funding the stay (including meals) will be 2200 NOK per day.
