            CMC-RPC  3h source OFF,  after meeting  then filter 46 during CSC scann.
            ATL-MM & CMS-RPC : until midnigth scan 22-400

      Downstream : 

           CMS-DT       15h - 30min  (basically full range)
           CMS-CSC    15h30  - 21h hours  (6.9)

      EP-DT1 - in place, some problems, to be fixed today

      ATL-sTGC - no report

      (ATL-MM installed for one week)

      LHCb - coming for 3 week, not installed yet

      ATL-sMDT - system being prepared,

      EP-DT2 - installed, ready

      CMS-RPC - trolly 3 and 1 installed

       

       

      CMS-RPC2 to come in 2 weeks,   need to move ATL-RPC for installation

      CMS-RPC : Next Wednesday 2 chamber to trolly 3, no swap with EP-DT

      Next Wednesday ATL-MM one week upstream near source

      Ongoing Projects :

      NEW retrieval of TIMBER values : Work in progress, but already available in beta version
      https://epdtdi-pytimber.web.cern.ch/app/gifpp (also linked from main GIF page.

      Additional values need to be collected/republished ?
              - REMUS  - to be included in GIF Display
              - XTDV - to be included in pytimber only

      DIP Bridge between TN and GPN : Finally on real machine (not VM) asnd located in the CCC rack room. In case of failure, we call the CCC/TI operator on 72201‬, and ask him to contact the  "ICS CONTROL PIQUET" for this.

       

      - Trolley to be provided for material transport

      - Gas zone hot, tend to be opened

        Guidelines for filling in IMPACT requests

        General Guideline : One IMPACT per setup.

        • two chambers on individual supports -> 2 IMPACT declarations
        • multiple chambers swapped on same or similar support -> one IMPACT declaration
        • basically, if you need two locations, please make two IMPACT declaration (clone)

        Each Setup should have IMPACT label attached with number.
        Attached documents : CAD file  or  picture.
        Review working hours : if your declaration includes the bunker area, please state the number of hours you want to stay INSIDE the bunker only (for RP purposes).

        NEW IMPACT needed for 2018. (All current IMPACTS will expire at Saturday 23.December)

        Special IMPACT needed for Christmas Closure.
