    Present: Tom, James, Claire. News by email from Michael.

    1. Split:  roll-up, artwork transport are under control (Michael). We assume that the public talks/events will be in the Thursday-Saturday afternoon window that suits Martin & James --> tickets are being taken. Tom will not be able to make it. 

    2. CHEP 2019 (Australia, November 4-8): brainstorming on what we could propose.  Many synergies in the data sonification, playing with data & VR areas. Claire will contact Paul Jackson (ATLAS Adelaide group).

    3. CERN open days 2019 (September 14-15): CERN ECO asked every experiment to designate a single contact person. For ATLAS the New Small Wheel construction hall (building 180) would be an ideal place for an exhibit + performances.
