Agenda & Minutes

• Purpose today is to verify the slides and give input to improve them
• Discussions
  • Break down to three knowledge levels. In CERN for now interdemiate ones are only used.
  • first needs assesment, then designing the requirements.
  • For the table, adding maybe a column for agile.
  • We need for monitoring and controlling something more; validation process
    • is validation included in implementation? --> no
    • validating and verification is the part where the money starts flowing out, in case the results are not meeting the needs
  • lots of comparison of different tools
  • examples are important to include
  • material from IBM could be used?

  • Paula found a couple of useful EDM documents; she shall share them in twiki page
