The Conference is organised by Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences, Institute of Nuclear Physics (Tashkent), Samarkand State University (Samarkand), Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (Dubna) and CERN (Geneva).
The Conference will be held on September 12 – 15, 2018 in Tashkent and Samarkand, Uzbekistan. The accommodation will be held in the Uzbekistan Hotel in Tashkent.
The Conference is dedicated to new physics results, Future Physics beyond the LHC era, and the CMS Detector Upgrade, including Endcap Calorimetry.
Sessions will include a survey of the physics, detector performance in extreme radiation and high rate conditions, and technology choices for CMS Upgrade for High Luminosity LHC.
The Conference will include two and a half days of main sessions, with a trip to Samarkand on the third day with lectures in the Samarkand State University with a wide participation of students.
