    The weekly meeting of the Software Process and Infrastructure project of the LCG/AA.

    ================================================== Bertrand Bellenot + Actions done - Released ROOT v5.26.00 for all the supported architectures (missing shrinking, replicating and docu) + Problems - the nightly build for x86_64-slc5-gcc34-opt is continuously failing  apparently following changes made for icc (causing conflicts?)... - ================================================== Yves Perrin + Actions done and progress - Savannah  . approved new project and blocked one created by spammers  . helped user with AFS authentication  . iterated with D. Quarrie and A. Di Simeone on the feasability    of additional Atlas specific mods/options  . Gunter and Stefan installed on the future Savannah server (SLC5)    most of the packages/perl modules Savannah requires. The remaining    ones will need 'manual' installation.  . mail gateway to post comments (M. Cattaneo's request)       # posting by program is ready BUT:       # need help to trigger execution by arrival of email       # authentication by GPG (like) key  . helped F. Carminati to configure the AliRoot bug tracker  . preparing a short status report for the savane developers    and ask to create a CERN branch on their SVN repository + Next actions  . prepare migration of Savannah to new SLC5 server  . complete mail gateway to post comments to savannah  . help producing a new Drupal based SFT website  . work with Stefan on Savannah support ================================================== Stefan Roiser + Actions done - Nightly builds - fix a problem with disk space on afs. No log files could be written because of volume full. Re-arranged the volumes - log files not written properly in dev. Changing settings for broadcast to fix this. - External software - building roofit of ROOT 5.26 against ROOT 5.24 for LHCb - installation and fixes for fastjet on windows
