LCG 58b
---
the release has been prepared. The installation is available in afs. It contains an upgrade of fastjet (2.4.2) and a fix in LCG_Interfaces/Reflex to support dictionary building when deriving from TObject classes (splitting source code generation and dictionary lib building).

Atlas
---

- Sebastien Binet will be handling the "Atlas external packages" from now on.
- The ipython problem is fixed, i.e. ipython and python modules are now available through the Atlas nighlties environment.


Persistency
---

- Fixing last problems in the nightlies for all persistency project, .e.g. with Vc9 builds
- Support call for Atlas jobs on DESY, 11g database server. There was a bug when creating a table, fix is committed (March 8)

CMS
---

- Setting up desktop with "meta rpm", complains about missing crti.o is missing, i.e. part of glibc-devel-2.5-42.el5_4.3


Aob

For the next major LCGCMT release the following changes shall be implemented.
    - LCG_Setttings splitting, a proposal will be circulated by Hubert on this
    - LCG_SettingsCompat providign the "old style cmt tags" shall be turned off with LCGCMT 59
