Room: 28/R-015 "Forgetting” Dr X was part of ATLAS after some time may trigger historical / data preservation issues (Nobel prize, etc.?). Currently, we claim that we keep the data *indefinitely*, which probably needs some kind of justification/endorsement in the GDPR-era. Or should we completely forget/remove Dr X from the VO after a certain time has passed? We discussed this in the WLCG AuthZ working group and concluded the MB may want to provide guidance on what it is the WLCG Collaboration actually needs in this respect.
