Joint meeting of POLE1 and POLE2
proposed Agenda:
1) Hélène's Point: See attached document as a reminder for
- tasks from cod activities that pole1 has worked upon since Helsinki
- necessary changes in communication channels that seemed necessary towards the EGI structure.
2) pole1/pole2 need to come up some material to prepare for EGI at next F2F meeting
- Is everything what is currently done in COD, that is essential, will be taken into account by O-E-5 and in O-E-13-
- *how to* maintain cohesion between O-E-5 and O-E-13
- what are the communication channels/name changes to put in place
- *how* to migrate from the current C-COD model with a 4 partner rota towards a 2 partner rota - cf O-E-5 at the end of April?
- how to set-up the roadmap from now until May 1rst.

3) Marcin: "Operational SLA between NGI and EGI"
4) Collecting Feedback from ROCs to present on ROD Forum
We should update the feedback and resend the questionnaire template of Pole 1 (and send it out
before X-mas!). Pole1 and pole 2 should work together on this.
5) Finalise Agenda for COD-22 and ROD FORUM January 26th 14:00 to January 28th 13:00, at CC-IN2P3, Lyon,

- CIC portal team ready to give training on installation of the regional package?
(We will need a technical how to on installing the packages in the first day)
- time for open discussion in the agenda, to give feedback etc. Reserve 1-2 hours. At COD-21 it was difficult to fit it all in. Group work on global wish list and readiness for NGIs.
