Check in
On your arrival, a workshop welcome desk will be available in the main lobby.
You will be requested to sign the record of arrival which will already be pre-filled with the information you provided in the workshop registration form.
Parking
Free parking is available for participants who come by car.
Rooms
The accommodation is in shared room.
A few single rooms are available on a first come first served basis.
A participation of 50CHF per night will be charged to the participant (through a negative EDH official travel claim).
Check out
Rooms must be freed by 12h00 the day of your departure; and the keys must be handed before 12h00 to the Hotel Reception.
Luggage can be stored at the reception until the moment of your departure.
Transport

A transport by bus is organised.
No detailed participant list is transmitted to the bus company.
Buses will leave CERN from the parking between the buildings 866 and 865 on the Prevessin site:
- Wednesday 13 February 2019 :
CERN - Hotel Royal Plaza: 13:30 - 15:00
The bus will leave on time (13:30), to ensure a timely arrival in Montreux.
- Friday 15 February 2019:
Hotel Royal Plaza - CERN: 14:00 - 15:30
For participants who will use their private car, please note that the mileage will not be reimbursed.
