The 2018 ICAS End-of-Year Workshop is thought as a meeting point for the Argentine physics community, where we can discuss our current projects, our issues, and also what we enjoy the most: discuss physics. The meeting consists in morning talks and then a friendly BBQ where we encourage discussion for next year projects, and this is the reason for the title.
