CMS-RPC : Trolley 1 at 5m, Trolley 3 at 4m

Mass Production Test Schedule 15m
Upstream field :
ATLAS-MM : LM2 out - comes back next year Jan/Feb.
SM1 & SM2 out until Jan.
starting from January 4 chambers per months - 2 / 4 chambers at the same time ≈ for 1 year.ALICE TPC : 6 chambers, (3 big, 3 small) - 2 at the same time, swap takes 45 minutes.
moving to test 2 big chambers in parallel
test restarted (unshadowed)
Total 20-30 (aiming for 6 per week, 1 day flushing, few hours for testing) - 5 weeksDownstream :
CMS-DT 1/15 campaign until January.
ATLAS - sTGC : 5-6 chambers should arrive beginning of mid January - half an hour for each chamber(might be better compatible with upstream)In addition : 1 chamber currently flushed in the preparation area, to be moved into the upstream area next week. (to be confirmed on Monday)ATLAS-RPC : two gas gap chamber arrived, to stay for January. - 09:40 → 09:50

Infrastructure & Upgrades to the Facility 10m

New transformer substation test BE2. In the morning, lasting 1h.
Small, but non zero risk (1-2%) of a complete power-cut of max 2 minutes (operator on site).

EP-DT : will let us knowWe potentially need a piquet from the user side. Access to be requested via TC.
Proposal : Stop of gas (except flushing) on Thursday 20.12 afternoon. -> User operation stopped before lunch time.
Restart of gas supply : Monday 7.01 -> User operation starting Tuesday

IMPACTS for 2019 5m
Guidelines for filling in IMPACT requests
General Guideline : One IMPACT per setup.
- two chambers on individual supports -> 2 IMPACT declarations
- multiple chambers swapped on same or similar support -> one IMPACT declaration
- basically, if you need two locations, please make two IMPACT declaration (clone)
Each Setup should have IMPACT label attached with number.
Attached documents : CAD file or picture.
Review working hours : if your declaration includes the bunker area, please state the number of hours you want to stay INSIDE the bunker only (for RP purposes).NEW IMPACT needed for 2018. (All current IMPACTS will expire at Saturday 23.December)
Special IMPACT needed for Christmas Closure.
