The workshop fee is 150 EUR. For the Excursion add 20 EUR
No reduction will be applied in case of partial attendance. The fee covers Welcome drink, lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner. Dinners are not included. The excursion to Vergina on Sunday 25/8 is not included. The accommodation is also not included in the workshop fees.
Companion fee is 60€. It includes conference dinner and excursion to Vergina.

Registration Deadline
The deadline for registration is June 30 2019 in order to get the "early bird" price of 150 euros.
A late fee of 170 EUR will apply after the end of the "early bird" registration.
Payment of the workshop fee
The payment should be done before the registration deadline by bank transfer or credit card. This should normally be made immediately after the online registration has happened. If you have registered but not paid yet, please do so.

You will be asked if an Invoice has to be issued.
Please choose the "Registration Fee - all included (welcome drink, lunches, coffee breaks, and conference dinner)" (150 euros early bird, 170 euros regular).
You can add the fee for an accompanying person: it's the "Companion Fee" at 60 euros.

Please do make sure that that sum we are going to receive is exactly the amount required (i.e. no loss due to currency conversion or handling fees from your bank).
A single bank transfer to combine the payment of the fees for several people from the same institute is also possible, in this case it is necessary that the responsible will send us a short e-mail indicating separately which persons are covered by the combined amount transferred.
The registration is complete once your payment of the workshop fee has been made.

3. Payment can also be done at the workshop registration desk upon arrival using a credit card or cash, at the late fee of 170€
