Lausanne offers a wide variety of hotel accommodation in all categories. A number of hotel rooms in various categories at different negotiated rates have been blocked for the time of the meeting. The hotels are located either in the vicinity of the conference venue (EPFL campus) or in the center of Lausanne (i.e. easily accessible by public transportation).
From your very first overnight stay in the city of Lausanne, you will receive a transport card for your whole stay, which lets you travel for free on public transport. It includes trains, metros & buses.
Rates usually include breakfast and Wi-Fi internet connection. Daily city tax per person is additional (4.20 CHF maximum).
