Details [ as of 25.02.19 ] :

- no opening in the evening: would cost extra charges, and the conference program is packed 

- one cannot hang on walls --> conference organising company contract extension (~ poster session grids ?)

- all "events" clustered on the same day = Wednesday 22nd  (see slides)

Details [ as of 25.02.19 ] :

Conference organisers are paying for the exhibit room setup but do not have any budget left for printing + no way to hold stuff on walls ---> Concentrate on light and ~ 1x1 m transportable prints for inside

- CERN agreed to pay for the printing of their 4 large posters.

- ATLAS will pay for ~ 6 1x1 generic events images.

- CMS looking for a solution for larger scale banners outside

- "big bang ALICE banner" High Res not available --> poster ?

Details [ as of 25.02.19 ] :

Contact established with Jose de Jesus Perez-Acosta (BUAP), originally biologist and now working in art-science, new media, interdisciplinary. 4 sections in BUAP: fine arts, digital art, photography, new media.

- Will send a call to create a group of interested students & teachers on Monday 25.02 . Follow up through vidyo discussions --> first tentative date = Friday March 1st

- Will probably call for a Virtual Visit of CMS & Alice in March

- Award/prizes ?  no cash (unless a Mexican sponsor is found), but a "gift" given during a ceremony + photos on the origin web site + an ATLAS blog 

- ceremony : in the conference auditorium Wednesday afternoon ( public event is in the evening ). Talks from guest artist and BUAP competition organisers, all in Spanish.

Goal: set a "get together" in the morning of Wed 22nd, partially vidyo for those who cannot make it + to connect with CERN folks in the ATLAS visitor center.
