The workshop dinner will be on Friday, Apr. 12 at the Billy Bob's in Fort Worth, a Texas Western style Honky Tonk in which once can feel and enjoy Texas. Since it is a Friday, and there is a live country music concert at the place, one will need to purchase a ticket to enter the place. The ticket cost is $16 per person and this does not include the cost for meal which is of the order $15.
For your convenience, UTA will purchase tickets for you if you make the online payment of $16 at this link: http://www.utapark.com/DUNE/billybob.html. We suggest you to purchase the ticket no later than midnight Wednesday, Apr. 10, in order for us to purchase the ticket ahead of time and give you the ticket at the time of registration.
We will organize the transportation at the workshop Friday for the trip out to Billy Bob's.
