Poster competition
The posters presented at NPA-X were voted by the participants. Three posters received the highest scores:

On Tuesday, 6 September, from 18:00 to 21:00 the NPA-X Poster Session will be held in the CERN main building (500) 1st floor, in the “Pas Perdus” area.
All the poster contributions will be exhibited during the poster session. That includes posters by participants present at CERN as well as those participating in NPA-X online. All the poster contributions are listed in the indico page >>, with all the relevant information. An online ZOOM room will be setup for each contribution organized in the following two calls:
call1 (pwd: NPA-X1) with 30 different rooms
call2 (pwd: NPA-X2) with 30 different rooms
In the table, it is possibile to find the ZOOM link and breakout room number for each contribution.
The recommended format for posters is A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm). The file PDF of all poster should be uploaded in the material folder of your the NPA-X contribution (see the list here >>).
For participants in person
We encourage everyone participating in person in NPA-X, to print the poster and set it up in the dedicated space.
For participants online
The online participants should make sure that a printed copy of the poster will be available at CERN by Monday, 5 September. The NPA-X local organization will setup the posters.
For all participants
There is the possibility to have the poster printed here at CERN by sending us the pdf file by August 29 (one week before the start of the conference).The cost of the printing service is 33 CHF. The request form and information for paying the cost of the service are posted on the NPA-X website at this link >> (follow Poster Printing Service link).

During the poster session
In order to be able to interact with online participants, it will be necessary to have a personal device (computer or mobile phone) with a working ZOOM software. Find your call and room number in the table, join the breakout room and wait for your guests (keeping an eye in the chat). The poster should be also shown via screen sharing during the entire session.
To facilitate the handling of the discussion during the poster session, especially for in-person presenters, online attendees should interact primarily using the ZOOM chat tool and wait for the reply from the presenter in order to avoid any overlap between online and in-person discussions. Once the presenter is available everyone is free to decide how to continue the discussion (by chat or call).
Please keep in mind that each message sent in a breakout room chat is visible only by the people attending the call at that moment.
