Welcome to the 1st Finance Forum for International Organizations and Public Sector, which will be hosted at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, on the 24th June 2019 in collaboration with the Oracle Team Switzerland.
Oracle, as first choice for Finance ERP and EPM solutions deployed in International Organizations, and also considered as a leader in new Modern Cloud Finance solutions by analysts, is launching the Finance Forum dedicated to International Organizations ( UN, NGOs, CERN) and also open to Swiss Public Sector (Confederation and Canton Governments).
The objective of the Forum is to create a Finance Community (CFOs, Controllers, as well as Budget, Financial Planning & Analysis, Reporting, Internal Audit and IT Finance Teams) in order to inspire and get inspired by other users sharing their experience in the Finance Transformation journey.
The CERN Finance and Administrative Processes (FAP) department and in particular the Resources Planning and Control (RPC) team will share their experience with Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud and provide their feedback on the implementation of the narrative reporting for the Financial/Program Management Publication processes.
The morning session of the Forum will finish with a Round Table, as we would like to invite you to join in sharing ideas and experiences through discussions with colleagues from various organizations.
After a networking lunch, there will be a great opportunity to visit some of CERN’s facilities.
