      XBOX1

-CPI klystron arrives next year, then it will be tested in 3 months and then it goes to Frascatti

      - LLRF and sfotware shoudl still be done and ready by then

      SBOX

      - We are sending to Valencia a Pulse Compressor, waveguides, and a new strucutre to be tested there

      - The old structure should be stored in nitrogen

      - The modulator at the end of the gallery will be installed in Sbox but we need some other high power parts to have again a functioning Sbox

      - Get slowly ready before Probe arrives and to test the gun from Frascatti.

      XBOX2- PolariX

      - Sometimes the phase changed after a BD about 6deg and the power remained constant.

      - There is also a drift of about 10deg along a month of testing could be the temperature affecting the cables.

Superstructure: When installed in CLEX it had already a very bad reflection coefficient, that was again measured before installation in XBOX2 ~12dB.

      - It was kept in air all this time accumulating dust.

      - Beadpool done and waiting for results.

      - The bellow in the flanges are very delicate and they could have been damaged. Look for leaks.

      XBOX 3

      - PID changed from -6 to -4 so it takes longer to ramp up after a long shut down and avoids BDs

Line 1: Flut run @ 33MW, BDR is going down slowly but the PC still has a lot of BDs

      - Alex is going to do measurements on BDR vs Rep Rate vs vacuum level.

      - Temperature should be better stabilize as when there is no RF the temperature of the PC drops significantly. Some time ago it was done with some taps to control the water flow to the chiller, maybe we could implement some automatic ones.

      - Line 3: the plot from Kai shows that at the beginning of conditioning we were limited by the structure and then by the pulse compressor (cause it was new).

Lines 3&4: Really unstable modulator. We turned it off as it would not stop tripping.
