1. Roll-ups:
A photo of the split roll up is attached, as well as a link to CDS (only look at the blue background long files). Size: 80cm x 2m . Stand by themselves. Will be shipped together with other stuff by Michael Hoch.
2. The Higgs as an inspiration:
Claire will bring the soft fabric prints made for Puebla related to the Higgs, "in case". See images and sizes in the attached file. Need to be clipped on standard poster support grids. They are all mute, the captions are on plastified A4 foils (see example photo)
3. Brochures:
The ATLAS brochure exists in Dutch [ https://cds.cern.ch/record/2320869 ], French, English
Notes:
Claire arrive on Thursday evening, be available for the installation on Saturday and dismantling up to Sunday morning (included). -

VIRGO contribution [ as discussed on 12.06.19 ] :
1) 10' video in English, will be prepared as introduction to the VV
2) VV test to be organised by Carlo and Valerio, with Claire as "remote host" [ asap ]
3) About 2 A0 posters are needed [ by the end of next week ]
4) Interferometer demos: see photos attached. Shipment costs covered by EGO (TBC).
5) Flyers describing recent results exist in all languages (Dutch, French, English) and can be printed
