Participants must reserve their own lodging on site with the following instructions in this link. All lodging must be pre-registered and pre-paid by August 2, 2019. No lodging rooms will be available after this date.
All lodging rooms include linen (bedding/towels) and hotel sized toiletries.
Arrival at the venue is on Friday noon 27 September, and lunch will be served that evening. The physics session begins 2pm Friday afternoon .
The meeting sessions run thru 5pm on Saturday 28 September (with breakfast and lunch on site).
The registration fee of $120 includes all meals, and coffee breaks for the full duration of the meeting (Friday lunch/dinner and Saturday breakfast/lunch).
The venue is accessible from 2 major airports, and 2 smaller airports.
For those who do not want to rent a car, we will try to arrange rides/carpools from Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) and Lansing Airport (LAN).

This is a smaller airport close to the venue, but the number of flights is more limited. We can arrange for pickup.
