  Status of the budget approval¶ 20m

  Lisette informed that the project POPS+ has been approved. It is now part of the MTP and it includes the new building for the MTE kickers.
  
  A cost reduction of about 15% is requested.
  
  Before revisiting the cost estimation, we need to progress on the the integration study.
  
  Francesco will soon organise the first integration meeting.

  It is reminder that B. Goddard prepared a memo to ask the different group leaders to appoint a link person.
  
  Francesco provided the link persons for:

  HSE.
  
  Francesco re-contacted K. Foraz to have the link person for the integration. Once appointed, he will organise a meeting to launch this task.
  
  We still miss the link people for EN-EL, EN-HE.
