Description

This workshop is organized with a view to sharing experience with the strategic challenges of managing alumni relations between 5 institutions which promote STEM ,  EMBL, KIT, ETH Zurich, EPFL and CERN.

The design is based on candid, pragmatic exchanges, with a view to provide support and share ideas to move forward. No minutes are made and no information shared will be further distributed  without the explicit consent from the contributor.

      Visit of CERN underground facilities - CMS detector 1h 30m To be defined

      Professor Christoph Schaefer, physicist, previously a collaborator of the CMS experiemnt at the LHC and today charged with CERN's International Relations will guide us to a tour of the CMS detector.

      Departure from the hall of main building at 16:30 , Transport by CERN to Point 5. Arrival at Point 5 at 17:00. Guided visit until 18:00. Transport back to CERN .
