Description

This 2019 edition of the CMS Exotica workshop will provide a venue to discuss and review the status of ongoing and new analyses with the entire LHC Run II dataset, with a goal of producing a set of high-impact legacy publications. Assembling our community together, the workshop will offer an excellent opportunity to bring up and debate, both in presentations and in breaks, new ideas for analysis methodologies or even brand-new analyses targeting unexplored final states or uncharted BSM model space. This can have an influence both on the Run II legacy as well as on the LHC Run III preparation. In a view of the approaching Run III, the workshop will address the status and plans of studies with Run III conditions and allow to continue brainstorming about new trigger strategies which could help maximize our possibilities to discover new physics in years to come.
