Travel
Kraków Airport
The easiest way to reach Kraków is by air. The local airport is called John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice and is located near Kraków, in the village of Balice, 11 km (6.8 mi) from the city center.
From the Kraków Airport you can reach the town by:
» city bus (price 4.60 PLN, i.e. about 1 EUR) from the bus stop just outside the airport. Bus connections can be found here.
» train (price 9.00 PLN, i.e. about 2 EUR) from the train stop at the airport. Connections can also be found here.
» taxi. There is taxi line is just outside the terminal. The price to the city center is 89 PLN. It is probably cheaper to preorder a taxi from one of the online services (many available in English.

Accommodation
Participants should book the hotel themselves. No special arrangements have been made, however we propose a few hotel options:
- Q Hotel Kraków (5 minutes of walk to the venue),
- Conrad Hotel (20 minutes of walk to the venue and bus connection),
- Major Hotel (20 minutes of walk to the venue or 5 min bus),
- Novotel Kraków City West (30 minutes of walk to the venue or 10 min by bus).
With respect to reimbursement by COST, the organizing Committee has asked for a flat fare of 70EUR per night.
Coffee, lunches and social dinner will be provided by the organization.
