- Talk contributions: (both plenary or parallel)
Talks are delivered by default in presence. (plenary=25'+5', parallel=20'+5')
In order to simplify the talk sequence and the streaming, we kindly ask you to upload your material (as PDF) into your timetable slot.
Please upload it at most by the day before, or by the preceding session.
(If it is really really necessary to present from your own laptop, please let us know in advance as we have to arrange the connection.)
- Poster contributions:
In case you are attending remotely and contributing an online poster:
You should prepare a PDF file of your poster and upload it into your timetable slot.
(Notice that a poster is not a manuscript: it shall be a single slide, suited for being shown in sequence with others on a screen).
You should upload it before the conference beginning.
We do not plan to have remote poster presentation sessions. The posters will be available on the conference website and program.
In case you are attending in presence and contributing a poster:
You should prepare and bring with you an A0 printed version, that will be hang in the premises of the conference (vertical direction)
(Again, a poster is not an abstract or a manuscript, it should be custom prepared A0 page).
We also kindly ask you to upload the PDF of your poster it into your timetable slot, possibly before the conference beginning.
- (For all posters, please ignore the time appearing in the timetable, it is assigned by the indico system)
NB: In order to upload your contribution, you should be logged in with your indico.cern.ch account.
If you do have an indico account but registered without using it, you should add the email address that you used at registration to your account.
If you do not have an indico account, you should open one here, including the email address that you used at registration.
If everything fails, please send your contribution to us (cosmo2023.contact@gmail.com).
