The venue: The workshop will be held in the Physics Executive Conference Room in room #303 of the Chemistry and Physics Building near the middle of the sections F3 and G3 in the campus map. This building houses the UTA Planetarium located at 700 Planetarium Pl, Arlington, TX 76019, which is quite well known in the DFW Metroplex Area. If you were to use the hotel shuttle service or a taxi service, you can ask the driver to drop you off at UTA Planetarium.
Parking: Free parking for all participants for the following five workshop days at the faculty and staff parking F10 have been arranged;

Faculty and staff parking lot F10
The parking lot is in section G4 of the campus map. It is about 3 - 5min walk to the venue in the near the middle of sections F3 and G3 of the campus map.
The workshop participants must register their vehicles by clicking here to register into the UTA parking system. You can register your vehicle after parking on campus in any of these garages. Once parked, reference your rented vehicle’s license plate number and then enter it into the link here to register.
Maverick Parking Garage: $10/day This is the closest parking garage to the Chemistry and Physics Building in the center of the campus and is in the bottom of the sections F3 and G3 of the campus map.
