You are eligible for staying at the CERN Hostel during the project meeting. The hostel is conveniently located at the CERN Camps. You have access to the CERN Campus from January 17th at 08:00 until January 27th until 12:00
Please note the program is planned to start January 20th at 13:00.

- Room preference:
- Take care not to request the St Genis Hostel (it's not located on campus, and the quality is probably below your standards).
- If you want with shower the room is "Single Room with Washbasin, Toilet and Shower" for 58 CHF/night.

Hotels in the area
If there's no space at the hostel, you can book at one of the nearby hostels:
- France:
- Ibis St Genis They have a shuttle to/from CERN in the morning/evening. If you want to walk, it's around 2.5 km. It's somewhat complicated to get there by public transport.
- Ibis Budget St Genis Contrary to Ibis St. Genis they do NOT have a shuttle to CERN, so you have to walk ~2.5 km.
- Switzerland:
- NH Geneva Airport (you will need to take the tram to CERN which is 3 CHF per way)
