Description
In this report the issue of availability of electrical circuits, both for magnetic
elements and for RF devices, is considered. Based on the agreed stages to
commission and operate the LHC during the first two years, the minimum number of
required circuits will be presented and discussed. The analysis will also consider
how to deal with not required, but available circuits, as well as a possible
schedule for making all circuits available for operation.
