Description
The first POLAR-2 collaboration meeting will take place from the 18th to the 20th of November at the University of Geneva. The meeting will start with the official signing ceremony on Monday the 18th which will be followed by discussions between the CSU experts and the collaboration on Monday afternoon and tuesday morning.
The second part of the meeting consists of an internal workshop of the collaboration and will take place from tuesday afternoon till early afternoon on wednesday the 20th.
Note that the location for the Monday part of the program differs from that of Tuesday and Wednesday. The locations and the best ways to travel there are mentioned in the separate tab of this site.
For convenience lunch will be covered by the University of Geneva for Tuesday and Wednesday and will be delivered to the venue, so you don't have to worry about that part. We additionally reserved a table at a restaurant on Tuesday evening at 19:00 where everyone is welcome to join for dinner. Unfortunately we're not able to cover the costs for this dinner.
