How to get there

Travel to Bergen

By plane, is the easiest way to come to Flesland airport, Bergen. SAS , Norwegian, KLM and Lufthansa are the lagrest transporters awailable.

How to come to City Center:

Bergen Light Rail runs from Byparken to Bergen airport , takes about 16 min.

Travel by bus to Bergen Center takes about 20 min-. Taxi is also awailable at the airport.

By ferry, the Fjordline goes from Hirtshals, Denmark, to Bergen via Stavanger. and departs from Hirtshals every day at 20.00 ( fjordline.com ). Another option is ferry from Hanstholm to Kristiansand, then by car to Bergen either via E134 or E39 (440 -540 km depending on routes).

From Bergen to Haukeland University Hospital

The ENLIGHT meeting will be held in conference room “Storstuen” at Bikuben Conference center at Haukeland University Hospital campus, 3 km south of the city center.

By bus. The bus from the city center to Haukeland campus takes about 20 minutes (Bus number 2, 3 and 80). The price of a bus ticket is 39 NOK (approximately  € 4) . You must pay ticket at the automat before entry the bus. More information available at https;//www.skyss.no/en/

By taxi. A taxi from the city center to Haukeland campus takes 10 min and costs about 250 NOK (approximately € 25).

By foot. Approximately 40 min walk from the city via Bus station (Use your phone: Google Map “ Bergen sentrum to Haukeland Hospital”, mark symbol for walking  and choose the route via Lungegårdskaien og Fløenstien.
