5 Impacts of the revised LHC operation schedule (Run 3 end = end of 2024) on the HL-LHC Project schedule presented at the HL-LHC C&S Review (baseline)

o Assumption to maintain for all WPs the current baseline planning (keeping delay entirely as contingency) and assess eventual storage needs and cost consequences in 2024;
o Resources management by end of the HL-LHC Project (FSUs, MPA, Staff).
