Description

Our services rely on the essential contributions from people on short term contracts - through a diverse array of different programmes (PJAS, VIA, TECH, FELL ...). Ensuring alignment of the service needs for new/renewal with the recruitment schedule of the various programmes is challenging.
Flavio Costa has made for us (the recruiters) a tool to help ensure we anticipate our needs with timely requests.

Issues, work in progress and a prototype tool (intended also to build on practical experience to better focus interests, aims and requirements) will be presented.
