I am back in contact with DI (Mike Jones) concerning the slow IPv4 network. I have been running transfer tests while he monitors and makes change to frame sizes and other technical things.

I handed my tape approvals script to George P. He has packaged the various components and we were going to test on a temporary VM but we need to wait for a host cert. We need to wait until Phedex is decommissioned in a couple of weeks before George can update the machine (lcgvo06) to SL7 and then get the script(s) running here. In the meantime the script continues on lcgui06. The other functionality that needs to be included in the 'processing of ECHO dump files'. I don't think this needs any Rucio changes.

Otherwise I am doing lots of CMS Rucio things, CTA tests at CERN and quarterly reports.
