PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Access cards to enter CERN site :
Please complete the Registration Form available on the main page.
You will receive an automatic mail with information on how to print out your access card.
Opening hours: Monday-Friday: 8h-17h45. Please address yourself to the security guards at the Main Gate B
(bld 533 outside these hours).
Accommodation
A certain number of rooms have been pre-reserved for your event.
Please send an e-mail to Housing.Service@cern.ch and mention the name of your event ("country"@CERN).
They will get back to you for the confirmation.
WIFI Access
Each person who need access to WiFi during their stay at CERN need to complete this form. (https://cern.ch/registerVisitorComputer)
Requests requires manual approval - Please make sure that requests are made at least one week ahead of the event.
