R. De Maria presented the various inconsistencies found during the layout checks of the LHC, the preparation of the LHC MAD-X sequence for 2018 and the exchange of LHC survey tables for LS2.

It was recognized that the nominal magnetic lengths are the one to be found in the design report and magnet catalogue.

It is possible that the nominal magnetic lengths are update during design and productions. The layout database should not store individual magnetic length measurements.

Riccardo and Nicola will write a short ECR to explain the difference and the proposed actions: update of layout database, layout drawings, survey tables.
