Covid-19 related regulations
Due to regulations from the ministry and the University of Bonn we are limited to 45 participants. Unfortunately, this is a rather strict limit and includes local people.
We need to closely track all contacts. We will ask you to provide name, affiliation, private address, telephone number and a signature that it is ok to store this info for each participant.
The meeting will take place in the large Wolfgang Paul Lecture Hall. Everybody will have a fixed seat. Masks must be worn at any time when you are not seated.
During the breaks the big doors and possibly also the windows to the foyer will be open. Depending on the weather, this means you might want to bring warm clothes for the breaks. Unfortunately, we cannot have buffet for coffee.

Accommodation
We have reserved 30 single rooms at Hotel Stern (Markt 8, 53111, map) for the night between Monday and Tuesday 5./6.10.2020. They are blocked for us till 20.09.2020. If you want to have a room you should send an email to info@sternhotel-bonn.de before that date and give the key-word "FSP-LHCb" to get a room of the contingent. No need to pay any bill, the bill will be directly sent to Heidelberg University (and payed by FSP funds).
Social dinner
We have reserved 45 seats at the Brauhaus Bönnsch for dinner on the 5th. At the dinner we will be seated at tables in groups of 9-10 people. Groups are not supposed to closely intermingle. Whenever you leave your place at the restaurant you must wear a mask.
Please choose your main dish for the dinner before you come to Bonn and let us know. You can find the menu at the top of the page
