CodiMD archive and Indico discussion

This is a preparatory discussion to make a plan of action on:

1. what to archive from CodiMD notes/slides.
2. what is the role of Indico in the archiving process.

The conclusions will be proposed at the Documentation Project meeting on April 28th (Agenda).

Extract from the February 18th discussion:

Action 20200218-4 Thomas will discuss a PDF version of the archive made in addition to the HTML one. Should it be made by Indico?

Action 20200218-5 Maria asks if anyone sees a need for archiving non-public CodiMD notes. Nikos suggests to check Indico for CodiMD pages linked as material and write down the technical feasibility of expanding the archiving to other notes. Pages which were public (in the CodiMd sense, i.e. Editable or Locked pages which are Published as notes or slides), hence archived and became restricted later on, present an issue, i.e. what to do with such archived pages…
